Temporary Travel Team Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operator | Up to $23/hour + Paid Travel

Job Summary:
Humano is hiring experienced Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operators for our Temporary Travel Team. Travel to warehouse sites where our clients need skilled equipment operators, get paid daily, and have your travel covered.

Job Duration: Temporary travel assignment. Assignment lengths vary by site, typically [X–X weeks].

Pay and Travel Package:

• Base pay: $19/hour, paid daily
• Performance bonus: +$2/hour for meeting performance goals
• Attendance bonus: +$2/hour for meeting attendance requirements
• Total earning potential: up to $23/hour
• Per diem: $30/day for meals and incidentals
• Lodging: hotel paid
• Travel: flights paid to and from each assignment

Qualifications:

• [1+] years of reach truck and/or cherry picker (order picker) experience. Your skills will be tested before assignment.
• Comfortable working at height and operating in narrow aisles
• Able to travel for extended periods and stay at assigned sites for the full assignment
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet productivity goals
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) and background check, and complete E-Verify

Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks and cherry pickers to put away, replenish, and pick product at height
• Keep inventory accurate and locations organized
• Follow all site safety procedures and equipment inspection requirements
• Support site leadership with putaway, replenishment, and cycle count needs
• Represent Humano professionally at client sites
