Overview
Registered Nurse - Tele, Concord, NH. This travel, temporary assignment covers a 13-week contract starting 11/16/2026 with a weekly pay range of $2,145 to $2,296. Work includes 12-hour night shifts (3x12) in a hospital setting, supporting medical-surgical patients via tele nursing workflows. Locals within 50 miles may be eligible for local rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide remote nursing care for inpatients via telehealth workflows, including assessment, triage, and prioritization of patient needs.
- Monitor patient status through the electronic medical record, document findings, and escalate to on-site teams as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects, ensuring safe delivery per protocol.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other members of the care team to coordinate effective patient care.
- Maintain compliance with applicable certifications, infection control, privacy regulations, and hospital policies.
- Complete dysrhythmia-related assessments during onboarding as required and maintain readiness for ongoing competency testing.
Requirements
- Active NH RN license or Compact License required at time of submission; NHISS documentation required prior to start.
- NURSYS verification of Licenses with all active RN licenses.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%.
- 1–2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience; capable of supporting med-surg patient care with acuity considerations. Critical Care RNs with med-surg fluency are acceptable.
- EMR experience; Cerner experience preferred but not required.
- RTO requests must be included at submission.
- Licensure and address documentation: valid driver’s license with address matching demographics; ability to work in a hospital tele-nursing environment.
- May be requested to float to nearby facilities within the service area.
